Dr. Joe Osteen, Regional Director
Joe is a graduate of UT Tyler (BBA Marketing), Dallas Baptist University (MA Christian Education), and DBU (Doctorate in Leadership). He has been married to his wife, Rachael, for 19 years and has four children (Abigail, Daniel, Lydia, and Mary). He has been on the BSM staff since 2004. Joe coordinates Beach Reach, Reach the Campus Reach the World, and is a leader for BSM across the state.
Amber Brommers, Director
Amber is a graduate of UT Arlington (BBA Management) and New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary (MA Discipleship). She has served at UT Tyler since 2018. She married her best friend Ian in November of 2023! Amber is passionate about discipleship, evangelism, and missions.
Lauren Kaudelka, Campus MISSIONARY intern
Lauren is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2023 (B.Ed.). She is returning for her second year on staff. She disciples girls and coordinates on-campus outreaches. Lauren is passionate about serving others and connecting with new girls! Plus, she is a great baker!
Emily Abbott Paolino, Campus MISSIONARY intern
Emily is a graduate of UT Tyler Class of 2023 (BBA Management). She married her husband Andrew in June of 2023 and is returning for her second year on staff. Emily helps lead Renew on Thursday night and is passionate about reaching new students!
Harlie Lansford, Ministry Assistant
Harlie is a graduate of TJC Class of 2023 (AA in Psychology) & UT Tyler Class of 2024 (BAAS in Human Behavior). She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at UT Tyler. Harlie supports this ministry through administrative work.
